How long will my order take to deliver?
Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days and arrive within 12 (faster in most cases!).
Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. This is because we start the print process on demand instantly and therefore, materials will have been used.
What if I cannot find a particular artwork or product?
How do I track an order?
To check the status of your order:
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. On the Etsy app, sign in and tap You.
Select Purchases and reviews.
Find your order on the Purchases page. On the app, tap your order to view it.
Next to your order, you’ll see the shipping status:
Not Shipped - The seller hasn’t shipped the order yet or didn’t update the order on Etsy. you can contact the seller to check in on the order status.
Shipped - The seller completed the order. You can track your order if you have a tracking number. Learn more about tracking your order.
In Transit - You can track your order if you have a tracking number. Learn more about tracking your order.
If you have questions about the status of your order, you can contact your seller. If you need help with an order, the seller you purchased your order from is the best person to help you.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, head over to our Store. You can view all the different types of artwork and products here, you will be redirected to our Etsy store for checkout.
What are your delivery options?
We ship our orders worldwide with a range of delivery companies, USPS, FedEx, or Canada Post. Once your order is complete, we will print the shipping label and your order will be out for delivery. You can track your order following the steps above.
